Close to Otaru Canal and Sakaimachi street, but it is on a slope which is harder for senior citizens with walking difficulty. Spacious room.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Otaru Canal and the shopping street. There is also a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. However, parking is quite limited, so it may be difficult if you’re traveling by car. The biggest downside is the bathroom. The toilet and shower are combined into a very small unit, making it feel cramped. The hairdryer is also quite weak and takes a long time to dry your hair. I also wasn’t impressed with the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries if possible. Overall, the location is excellent, but the room amenities could be improved.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The brand-new facilities are excellent, and the room was little small but with sufficient lighting that made the space feel bright and welcoming. The true highlight of the stay was the superb outdoor public bath—wonderfully relaxing and beautifully maintained. There is limited parking spaces inside the hotel but there is a few daily parking sites nearby. The only average aspect was the breakfast buffet, which was just fair with a standard selection, but it sufficed. Overall, the excellent room comfort and fantastic bath facilities make this hotel highly recommended.

Located between the Otaru station to Otaru canal. Easy walking to all tourists spots. A room was a bit small but very clean with comfortable linens and duvets. No self check in machine, so the reception can be busy depending on the time. Superb public baths (indoor and outdoor) on the top floor to relax after a long day walking.

It is also within easy reach of Otaru’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants. A great choice for anyone visiting Otaru.

Loved our stay in the Maisonnette Double Room! The loft design was a fun touch and gave us plenty of space to relax. The hotel feels very new, clean, and stylish. It’s centrally located, making it super easy to walk to the Otaru Canal and nearby eateries. Don't miss the rooftop public bath and sauna—the outdoor bath has an incredible view! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Otaru.

We stayed in a twin room with extra bed for a family of 3. Very comfortable space and the hotel accommodated request to put twin bed side-by-side to free up walking space. The public bath facilities on the highest floor of the hotel has an outdoor pool that has an ocean view. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise in the morning. A memorable stay and we hope to return.
