Loved my stay. The location is the best part right on nanjing road east. The room experience was especially lovely because of air conditioning and a very good shower. The electric curtains were fun too.

Good location and convenient to fo to hotel. Hotel staff were very welcome and willing to support. I also was upgraded the room. The room was good but there was bit of dust that I still could see in the room. No restroom's door so that it was accepted for solo travellers or couple but for friend or colleague you need to consider. Overall, I love this hotel 🥰

Great location, close to nanjing road. Room is big, can easily open 3-4 luggage. Cleanliness is ok. Overall is a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay with my family. We stayed for 3 nights and we had fantastic time and slept well. The hotel is newly renovated. Customer care assistants were helpful even though they had little English but you get the message. Breakfast was good according to my family, I didn’t have any because love my sleep. Overall I would recommend to everyone including Solos, and the People Square Station is the nearest. However the place can be confusing… follow google map or if you’re lost or not sure, just copy the Chinese address and ask anyone around there. Chinese people are nice and helpful. Thanks for the amnesties and the checkout gift.

It was terrible. BEWARE. My family and I checked in for a week long stay, at first glance it looks fancy, but upon closer inspection, the bathroom was not wiped down, the shower smelled like rotten eggs and there was a huge spider that was above our bed. Also, this place is not accessible for the disabled, there are lots of stairs and elevators are very narrow. We also had a TERRIBLE window view i, the room of a suspicious alleyway, which we never opened after the first time. Someone across the building could see into our room. There were gnats in our room flying around and we kept killing them but they would keep coming up from the stinky pipe. When we asked for toilet paper and water bottles (which every hotel in china provides), the lady at the front desk scoffed. The service here is terrible, even the cleaner lady was rude. When I voiced my complaints, the first manager only said she'd look into it. So I went to trip.com to voice my complaints, asking for a 30% refund due to uncleaniness and we already settled down so it would be a hassle to check out plus every hotel around us by now was booked. To my shock, they REFUSED to refund partially and only gave us free breakfast, which was also lackluster. They suddenly gave us slightly better treatment after complaining, and then upon checkout, I see them giving gifts for 5 star review, which should not be allowed. I refused to give a 5 star review and left. All the 5 star reviews are pressured and fake. That means their ranking is fake. Stay elsewhere. Also, the nearest train station isna 10 minutes walk, which is brutal if you already walked 30k steps a day, the only benefit is that you're close to nanjing pedestrian road, which isnt even a benefit because theres multiple hotels here which will give you better treatment.

Location: 5/5. Only around 200m from People's Square. Easy access to the metro to get you around Shanghai at thr most affordable price. Right at the heart of Nanjing Road, very near to Shimao Mall. 50m to Lai Lai Xiaolong. Can't get any better. Amenities: 5/5. Also have laundry area to do your daily laundry at no extra charges. With complimentary detergent. Have washing machines and dryers. Staff: 5/5. Extremely friendly and helpful. Even offered to use their phones for Mei Tuan so you won't need your local Chinese number during your visit. Cleanliness: 5/5. Room is super clean. No smell. Daily cleaning service is excellent. Bathroom: 5/5. Shower only, no bathtub. But it's perfectly fine. Heating is almost immediate. Great water pressure and toilet is working flawlessly. Perfect!

My second time staying in Yitel Premium was great. What is amazing about this hotel is the location as it’s basically right on Nanjing Pedestrian Road! Would recommend if you want to stay in the center of Shanghai.

The room was super big (enough to open 4 suitcases at the same time. Shower was powerful. Water bottle ere provided everyday. Just a few steps away from Nanjing Road. Staff was helpful enough, even with some language barriers. The room was clean, the lobby was nice.

Great location right at 南京步行街 a very happening place. There's no direct lift lobby at every level. So it can be challenging to carry heavy luggage around, unless you request for assistance from the reception.
