Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Overall not bad, 8/10. But the drainage that flows water slowly is really disgusting. Pls improve your drainage system.

We enjoy stayed here. While i do my buss. My son enjoy the hotel. We also got chance to see F1 light from hotel. Will come back

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Maya, and their service really made our experience even more special. From the moment we interacted with them, they were extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They provided excellent customer service without making us feel uncomfortable or overly formal, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and their warm attitude throughout our stay. Every small interaction felt sincere, and they were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Their service definitely added a personal touch to what was already a beautiful and luxurious hotel experience. We were celebrating a very special occasion during our stay, and the team made the experience even more memorable for both of us. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and I sincerely appreciate all the effort they put into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you once again to Joy, Hannah, Krisbell, and Andrew. You are a wonderful representation of Hotel Maya, and your excellent service deserves to be recognised. Bilik ok, location sangat dekat dengan klcc, cuma few facilities nampak terbiar macam playroom, aircond rosak. Takde staff in charge. Nampak macam short staff. Breakfast tak banyak pilihan sangat. Tapi berbaloi untuk harga dibayar. Swimming pool hanya untuk orang dewasa je

Location very good with 3-4 minutes walking distance to klcc 👍 Construction next door is noisy and short of functional lift 😅

Swimming pool was advertised as open on the website, the closing date for maintenance was from february to march if i recall. I checked-in on the 1st of September and it is still close for maintenance, best part is I’ve hyped up my 6 years old son months before the trip and showed him pictures of the hydropool and he was looking forward for it and but met with disappointment instead. There are total of 4 elevators in the hotel, one was out of service, and another two was under maintenance for the entire period of my stay - how many elevator are we left with? Yes, one. Breakfast time was horrible, people were checking in for an OGA conference over in KLCC, understandably it is very busy! In the room, they gave a coffee machine that uses pod, but how many coffee pods do they serve in room? Zero. Instead there are bunch of sachet - additionally the service phone is useless because there is no directory information on it whatsoever, so how do I contact anybody from the hotel whilst in the room? Oh theres a Guest Service Manager contact information on the check-in card folder, you can reachout to him via WhatsApp! I texted him and didn’t receive any response. Hotel Maya used to be better than it was before, I remember staying with them many years ago and it was a delight. These days? Save your money and cough up some extra dough and stay over at the Traders Hotel - I was lucky my relative was staying there for the OGA conference so we dropped by to use their swimming pool facilities for my 6 years old son.

Bad experience witb this hotel. No more for next for me. First the check in process, it took me waiting 45mins to get my room key. Reach the counter by 2.45pm, then they promise 3pm to get the key. End up with tired condition after whole night no sleep for my marathon event, they only manage to provide me the room kry on 3.45pm. Second, the room can see many Ants, at the study desk, bath room even on bedsheet, its terible condition, for me its unacceptable with what i pay for, sorry to say no 2nd visit to here again. Last. The lifts is breakdown. Need walk distance to next building to get the lift with also only 2 lift in funtion for all guest. Despite of good location nearby KLCC, it think its not worth to stay here.
