Staying at the General Building, a historic landmark, was an amazing experience. It perfectly blends historical charm with stunning views, and there are plenty of attractions nearby. Our dedicated concierge, Aaron, was incredibly reliable and thoughtful, seamlessly arranging all our travel and sightseeing needs. This made our stay exceptionally pleasant.

Choosing the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund in Shanghai was definitely the right decision! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Bund. You step out of the hotel and you're right by the river, and it's also super convenient to walk to Nanjing Road. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the century-old building is incredibly beautiful, a perfect blend of vintage and luxury. The room experience was fantastic! I especially want to commend our dedicated concierges, Emily and Echole. Their warm, attentive, professional, and gentle service made us feel incredibly comfortable.
