Holiday Inn Express Beijing Tongzhou

This hotel is an absolute gem for a Universal Studios trip! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Universal Beijing Resort. It makes getting to and from the park super easy, saving time on travel and allowing more time for fun! The room was clean and bright with a cozy layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The laundry room and gym were also fantastic. The biggest surprise was the smart robot that can deliver food right to your room – a really cool experience. Beauty's service was attentive and thoughtful; check-in was smooth and reassuring, and she patiently answered all our questions! It's excellent value for money and definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Universal!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and all the disposable amenities you could need. They even provided unlimited coffee and tea bags, and there was a mini-fridge which was super convenient! The 1.8m bed was perfect for traveling with a friend, absolutely no issues there. The breakfast spread in the restaurant was also diverse, and they even had branded coffee! The staff were all lovely, especially Beauty at the front desk. All in all, it was a fantastic experience! If you're planning a trip to Universal, you should definitely check this place out! There's a subway station right downstairs, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service, so it's really close to Universal.

This is a new Holiday Inn Express, conveniently located right next to Wansheng West subway station. It's only 6 stops from Universal Studios, and they even offer a free shuttle bus there, which is super handy!

The breakfast was incredibly rich and the staff were all very welcoming. The front desk staff who checked me in were exceptionally polite. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The main thing is that the value for money is outstanding. It's incredibly cost-effective to stay here if you're visiting Universal Studios. The price is great, and there's a free shuttle bus to and from Universal. The subway is right downstairs, making it super convenient and quick to get to Universal by metro too. It was a very comfortable stay, and knowing it's an IHG hotel made me feel even more at ease. I'm very satisfied.

Had a fantastic trip! This was my family's first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express, and I heard it was newly opened. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. The entire hotel felt very vibrant and modern, and from check-in to the room and then to breakfast, the overall experience was excellent. My family was also very satisfied with our stay. The front desk staff who checked us in were very polite and proactively informed us about the shuttle to Universal Studios. The breakfast selection was truly extensive; the bread was perfectly toasted, and the noodles were wonderfully soft. The housekeeping lady was also very friendly. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I will definitely be back if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Wansheng West Station on Metro Line 7. They offer two shuttle buses to Universal Studios in the morning and one pick-up in the evening, which is incredibly handy. Plus, when you get back, there's even a late-night snack service at the restaurant – truly perfect for a trip to Universal! The breakfast is also very good. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Universal Studios!

This is the worst Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at! The floor was sticky; my slippers kept making a squelching sound because of some unknown grime. Even worse, it was still like that when I came back the next day, clearly not cleaned! I tried calling the front desk from my room for 10 minutes and no one picked up, so I had to take the elevator down myself. Absolutely ridiculous!

I chose this hotel thinking it would be clean since it's new. However, when I checked in late at night, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and basic toiletries like toothbrushes weren't provided! After they finally brought the toiletries, I was looking forward to a good rest, but when I pulled back the covers, I saw a brown stain and a curly hair, which completely turned me off! They had to change the sheets again. At checkout, the front desk didn't seem to care much. They just said they'd take a photo for feedback and offered two ugly, heavy coasters as compensation. Very disappointing!
