DoubleTree by Hilton Billings

Loved the staff and the room. Food was perfect. They are pet friendly but no space for walking your pets. The homeless group across the street was quite intimidating. The mattress was horrible, and the blanket could have been an actual full sized blanket, but the temperature in the room was perfect, the pillows were very nice.

The room was lovely and comfortable. The soaps in the bathroom were of a nice quality. The view was also nice.

Airport shuttle driver was very nice even with my late flight. Everything you need is right there. Room was great: big, clean, comfy

The check in was horrible! The manager was short with costumers and I wasn’t able to get a lower room due to medical reasons but I called and was told it wouldn’t be a problem and so when I showed up and asked to please make sure I’m on lower level because of my issues and was informed I was on the 7th floor and that’s the lowest they have and if I don’t like it I could leave else where… was the exact words. So I climbed the stairs. Well I get to the room and the room looked nice until we opened the fridge. Omg it’s stunk so bad and had food still inside. I made a call to report the problem and all I got was oh we’re sorry do u want us to come up and clean for u… this wasn’t a good experience as this was my first time ever going to this hotel. Not impressed and I won’t be back. Sorry not sorry

Good stay. Weird incident on the last day. Had gone to a meeting and left my luggage in the room. At 10:45 got in elevator to go up to my room and grab my stuff. Card was disabled so I had to go to the front desk to get a new card. She asked me if I had requested a late check-out and I said no, but isn’t check-out at 11? Sure is, so had to explain why I left my belongings in the room even though I was well within my check-out time. Just a hassle so gave the staff 4 stars

We aray in billings at least 1-2 weekends a month and thought we would try a new hotel! WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. We were told we would be reimbursed to park in parking garage if the parking lot was full, was not. Found pills in hallway and our room, people we were with had people on roof area looking in their room at 8:00am on sunday morning. Housekeeping was very loud at 7am the next morning banging on doors and yelling. Bathroom was tiny and not sire they use any type of fabric softener towels and sheets were stiff and scratchy. Breakfast in restaurant was good.

The rooms are definitely aged and could use to be fixed up. The room was clean but the sheets were very scratchy. They don’t tell you I’m here that you have to pay to park that got charged as we were checking out. The restaurant had a very good breakfast buffet and it has a nice little lounge for drinks. The rooms are very small compared to what they look like being advertised. We had a room that overlooked the roof going out where there was fence and what not in the morning one of the staff members was walking along the roof and was peeking through the window while my husband was laying on the bed. Front desk did not seem to think there was an issue with that and that we were just overreacting. We normally stay at Country Inn and suites in Billings. This was my husband‘s birthday so we decided to try something new and will not be back.
