En cuatro meses desde mi última estancia la calidad a bajado en barrena, una habitación para dos personas y como amenities de baño un solo peine. Lo comento de la que salimos a visitar la ciudad, y ja recepcionista me pregunta que necesito, le digo que no se, que al menos cepillo dientes, y me da uno.. comentó que somos dos personas, y ya me da otro.. para que cargue yo en mi salida.... al día siguiente esperaba que tras hacer la habitación, hubieran repuesto todo y no, nada. Allí seguía el peine del principio. Para ser un cuatro estrellas, con precios de cuatro estrellas, está dejando mucho que desear.

Outstanding hotel and staff! Every single detail taken care of, everything of high quality. Very nice touches await in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Valladolid. Oh... location cannot get any better than this.
