This is a beautiful hotel that truly makes you feel at home, offering a genuine all-inclusive experience where you can enjoy everything. It features a private beach and the opportunity to go diving with their on-site diving school. Everything was perfect overall, though I found the food quality occasionally below my expectations (I have high standards), which is understandable given the five restaurants and the large number of guests. The hospitality of this resort is what truly sets it apart.. it’s clear they genuinely want you to feel at home. A great place to stay!

The hotel was terrific, the people very kind, and the facilities were fabulous for resting and enjoying the beach. Further, as a plus, they have a Scuba Diving Club, which I could arrange for three days of diving from the hotel. We are looking forward to coming back. Carlos A

El hotel, las habitaciones, las piscinas y la salida a la playa son hermosas. El gimnasio completo, varias opciones de restaurantes asique siempre algo vas a encontrar. El.servicio del 99% de las personas que trabajan ahí es un cero. No existe. Lentos, antipáticos, sin ganas de ayudar, sin sonrisas, sin interesarse por vos. Lo unico que destacó es el interés de nuestro mayordomo Ada, que aunque sea dio la cara nos pregunto que pasaba e intento solucionar lo que estuvo a su alcance. Para mi, no lo vale, no volvería.

Me and my family had a great time, starting from check in and all the way to check out. Atmosphere was amazing, and customer service was exceptional. We had an amazing room. Our concierge name was Merihan Guerrero was always checking in with us and she was amazing, the best in the entire Hotel. 100% recommend.
