Hot tub, pool and sauna were out of service, our television did not work, had to mess with it for a long time until we finally got a remote that worked, the breakfast potatoes were a scary, almost purple color and , of the 4 of us traveling together, 2 of us got sick after breakfast.  While we were working on getting the television to work, we had to move it and the dust behind it was offensive.   We have been going to this location each year for probably 15 years and it has steadily gone down hill.

We stayed here to escape the the frigid cold and winter storms while traveling home to Wisconsin. Rooms were available and we got one with a jacuzzi to get us in better spirits.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean. Two problems that we had included the pool and hot tub were broken and I booked with a pool on purpose. It would have been nice if that was updated on the website, especially since I booked from the parent company and not a third party. The second thing was in the bathroom. The door didn't lock, which isn't a big deal but we were traveling as two couples so a locked door so we didn't walk in on the wrong person was kind of important. We obviously just knocked first, but a functioning bathroom door is something I would expect.

Bathroom needed a good cleaning the door and light switches were nasty I loved the shower head Breakfast was delicious and the bed was clean

Everything was as we expected from our last visit. Everyone was very helpful as well. The complimentary breakfast was well equipped with enough food for our timeframe.

i’ve stayed at this country and suites before and have liked it. Problem is I woke up in the morning and my heat did not work in the room. And I could not get it working. I probably should’ve asked for it more substantial discount but since I was leaving that day, it really wasn’t that big a deal.

Staff was attentive and professional. Facility is in need of a refresh. Walls and door frames need to be painted, carpet needs to be cleaned.

Stayed here for a class reunion. Staff was very accommodating. Only thing missing - weights in the workout room. Very quiet-great for sleeping. Thank you!

Clean room including the bathroom. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was great with the real cut up potatoes, scrambled eggs and sausage, Cereal selections, fresh fruit and granola bars, juice, danishes. Would definately stay here again.
