The Hidden House (Cheng Du Kuanzhai Alley People's Park Subway Station Branch)

The hotel environment was a pleasant surprise. It's about a ten-minute walk from Kuanzhai Alley, and the streets outside are clean and tidy, especially quiet and comfortable in the mornings and evenings. You can enjoy tea and chat in the hotel's small courtyard, or have breakfast outdoors in the morning, accompanied by a lively group of fish, which is very interesting, peaceful, and relaxing.

The environment and service are both great. They also offer Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) experiences and sutra-copying activities. The courtyard is beautifully arranged, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city, yet it's within walking distance to People's Park, the Science and Technology Museum, and the Museum. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley. Facilities: The small tea room was a nice touch, and there was even a wooden foot bath. The courtyard downstairs has a lovely Chinese aesthetic. Service: The service was great, and the luggage delivery service to the airport was incredibly convenient. The complimentary Chinese-style double afternoon tea was fantastic!

The room was spotless, cozy, and the courtyard was beautifully decorated. It was also very quiet at night. This is my favorite guesthouse-style hotel I've stayed at in Chengdu. The staff were all great, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, the location is super convenient, very close to People's Park, and the nearby alleys are fantastic for exploring. I'll definitely stay here again next time. There were also many foreigners staying there, and the price was very reasonable. A really excellent hotel!

I stayed here with my parents, after looking at many places, we chose this one and stayed for 4 nights. It's a 7-minute walk to People's Park and a 10-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley (Narrow Alley section). **Facilities**: Very thoughtful, with attention to detail. The family room had two double beds, a good size, and even a bathtub. They provided disposable toiletries. **Environment**: The outdoor environment is beautiful; my parents said every step was a scenic view, very charming. **Service**: The service was superb! On my first day, I left my traditional Chinese medicine at the front desk, and they didn't mind me picking it up twice a day. We also happened to be there during the Qixi Festival event, so we made beautiful fans and they even took pictures for us. Oh, and the breakfast each day was served individually – sandwich, rice noodles, noodles, porridge sets – all delicious. Plus, if you have an afternoon flight on your last day, they'll even deliver your luggage to the airport or train station, which was amazing! It's right at the domestic departure level, very convenient. **Hanfu Experience**: We changed into Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) when making the fans; they were very clean and pretty. **Distinguished Guest Chinese Style Afternoon Tea**: We enjoyed the afternoon tea on our last day. We could even have it on the second-floor terrace, which was very pleasant and relaxing.

Elegant new Chinese-style decor with a tranquil courtyard, offering a beautiful view at every turn. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the tea table setup added a lovely ambiance. Soundproofing was good. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the traditional Chinese atmosphere was truly immersive. A very comfortable stay, highly recommended.

There are koi fish in the courtyard, and brushes, ink, paper, and inkstones are provided. Service: Responsive and efficient. The location is great, within walking distance to Sichuan Art Museum, Science and Technology Museum, and People's Park... There are also many classic local eateries nearby.
