Universal Hotel Urumqi

The hotel is pretty good, and with the points, it was excellent value for money. I'd recommend it. It could use an upgrade, but overall it's still good, hahahaha. I also think Urumqi is a great city with good value.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. They gave me a small birthday gift, which made me really happy. The staff were very professional, and they upgraded my room upon check-in. The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the pillows – I even packed one to take home! 😛

The room was spacious and very quiet, equipped with a bathtub. The service was excellent, with staff enthusiastically providing directions. The parking lot was massive and free. My only minor complaint is that the windows could use a cleaning.

The lobby is spacious, and the doorman at the entrance is helpful with luggage. Check-in was quick. The room was large and very clean. It was hot, so I asked for two extra bottles of water, which arrived very quickly. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping lady were very friendly and patiently gave me directions when I asked. The hotel is right next to a subway station, which made getting around very convenient.

The lobby is impressive, and the front desk service was excellent. It's conveniently located with a subway station right outside, and the overall environment is decent.

Since we stayed here the night before, we were debating where to stay the next day. Ultimately, to avoid moving our luggage, we decided to extend our stay. This time we chose a room with breakfast, and they even included a child's breakfast. Overall, it was good. Thumbs up.

The hotel environment is nice, and the breakfast is abundant with delicious homemade yogurt. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! It's my top choice for business trips! Parking is convenient with plenty of spaces, and the room layout is great.

Traveling in Xinjiang, I stayed here on the first night and again on the last night. The location is excellent; the subway station is right outside to the right, and it's not too far to get to various places by taxi. Ordering takeout is very convenient, and a robot delivers the food.
