This is an older five-star hotel, and it shows a bit; you can see the floorboards are worn and discolored. However, it's well-maintained and polished to a shine. The breakfast was good. I booked it specifically for the convenience of shopping at King Power, but the front desk said they had run out of discount coupons and hadn't restocked. I ended up getting coupons online myself. Honestly, the mall is quite small and doesn't offer much. I wouldn't book this hotel again; there are plenty of better malls to shop at.

The hotel is located a short walk away from victory bts station, with various shops and street food nearby. Check-in staff excellent. Was warmly greeted at check in, and was given a welcome drink - plain water masqueraded as butterfly tea. On the tray was a card that stated Lemongrass Butterfly Pea but the drink was plain water. The room was slightly old. Some drawers were difficult to open and some furniture chipped. View facing the room was not good as it was mostly blocked by another building nearby. The room can get rather noisy at times, not sure whether it is from the aircon and gave the feeling that the room window was not fully shut. The room was partially carpeted, giving it a slightly classy feel but not entirely luxurious. Inside the hotel vicinity is a duty free mall with many tourist. Many of them are smoking outside the mall resulting in an unpleasant odour. Breakfast had some variety, but nothing to rave about.

A pretty good hotel overall. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel – fresh and a wide variety. The staff's service quality was also very high. Pullman consistently maintains a high standard, definitely recommended.

Nearby BTS station is some mins away but everything else is top notch! I booked the room with executive lounge and staff in the lounge are extremely courteous and respectful and try to accommodate to your request. There is happy hour with food to go along with. To be honest, the food is enough to be dinner. There is evening turn down service as they provide a bucket of ice (without any instructions from you) and provide you some sweet things like chocolates and sweets. On Xmas Eve and Xmas night itself, they even give me a Xmas stocking with cookies inside. However, on Xmas night, I think they forgot to put the bottle of water by the bedside and the small sweet treat the bedside but it’s all good. There is a pillow menu so you could choose your type of pillow. The buckwheat pillow is so good. They replenish all amenities throughout your stay. The staff can the concerige will automatically open the car door for you when you enter or exit from the car. Overall, super great service which I am thankful and appreciative of!

Pleasant stay. Location is close to Siam, like 10 mins Grab you can reach Siam Paragon. The pool was amazing but sadly water was cold in December. Staff were friendly but disappointing that they did not prepare enough duty free vouchers during the peak season.
