Arc House Córdoba Only Adults

Check in was easy and they let us store our bags. Room was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, nice place, lovely roof terrace.easy check in and good communication with hotel staff.very good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was well-maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. The service felt genuine and made me feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

It was just what we required, with helpful staff and a good location

Most gorgeous place in the most gorgeous town in Spain.  Courtyards above and below, French balconies, great view of the cathedral

Perfect location with everything a walk away. Didn’t feel like a hostel at all. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful courtyard. Kitchen with good facilities. They have their separate online check in where a lot of personal information is requested and then they give you the codes to access the building. Cordoba’s streets are cobblestoned and most of the time taxis cannot drop you outside your building. It’s a bit of an obstacle when coming with luggages but nothing unmanageable. Issues we faced with the apartment: The metal curtain pole fell off as soon as my wife tried to open the curtains and it hit her. They need to be more aware of these things. The key given to open and lock the room door is defective and requires a lot of turning and twisting - very annoying and time consuming, needs to be fixed. Also 10am check out is very early considering check in is at 3pm. 11am check out would be much reasonable. All in all we would recommend this apartment/hostel for a short stay . The price is reasonable compared to ones nearby.

The problem with this hostel is that they have POOR COMMUNICATION skills to their customers. They didn't tell us that the hostel is different from the luggage storage service. It is 8 minutes away and very difficult with cobblestones and wheeled bags. Yes, we messaged them before arrival but they didn't respond back. So we just went to the hostel and knocked and knocked and apparently nobody was there. Then they responded in WhatsApp that the luggage storage is in the different area. Very very traumatizing! Yes, it is near the Mezquita and they have a small kitchen. But the place is not thoroughly cleaned and there was never a staff onsite. The whole time we were there, internet was ZERO. It was not working. Very, very unhappy experience. Would never recommend this hostel again.

Excellent location. Great reception help and advise.
