Very poor maintenance and disappointing experience
I stayed at this hotel in Furong and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. The property is clearly lacking maintenance and proper care.
In the room, several things were not functioning properly: the curtain was broken and did not provide privacy, the sink faucet leaked water onto the floor, and the shower mixer was not working and showed heavy rust. The shampoo and soap dispensers were nearly empty and dirty. The toilet seat was broken, and the metal hooks for hanging clothes were bent and damaged. The trash bin was also in an unhygienic and deteriorated condition.
There is no television, only a projector, which did not work. The ventilation/exhaust system was clogged with dirt and not operational.
The common areas were also neglected. The patio area showed poor maintenance, with wilted plants, and the stairs were dirty and slippery, which could be unsafe.
Although the hotel is well located, it does not offer a view of the waterfall as one might expect. Overall, the property is in need of significant maintenance and improvement.

I would not recommend this hotel until major improvements are made.
