Somerset Xindicheng Xi'an

We booked a family room, which had a single bed (1 meter wide) in the living room – perfectly fine for an adult. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the kids' play area was clean and hygienic. Plus, the location is super convenient!

I've been to Xi'an many times and stayed in a lot of different hotels. This one was recommended when I searched for Ascott properties, and I had a pretty good stay. I really liked the decor! It's conveniently located, and there's a shopping mall nearby too.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

The quality of Ascott hotels is consistently reliable, as always. All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.

Absolutely love it! I've gotten to the point where I look for Ascott whenever I visit a new city. It's spacious, comfortable, well-laid-out, clean, safe, and the facilities are all very new. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely stay for a few more days.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the city center next to CapitaMall. There's an abundance of dining, entertainment, and shopping options all around. It's also super convenient to get to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City. Plus, they offer free parking if you're driving.
