Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel

It was a great place to stay-comfortable and clean. The one thing missing is that it needs a hot tub!

The hotel was fine, we had to pay double because the ******* confirmation # was not viable. We had to pay separately for the room as they did not have the ******* reservation. Useless.

The room was pristine. Smelled like a new hotel. Beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was sparkling, I could have allowed my kids to bathe in the tub if they wished. You can't do that at most hotels... TVs were new and the breakfast was great! The steakhouse attached to the hotel was lovely too!

We booked this hotel so our granddaughters could swim. We always bring snacks into the pool area. However, a staff member came in, and very rudely said, “ hey food isn’t allowed in here!” There isn’t a sign on the pool door nor any sign inside the pool area. We are frequent travelers and we always clean up after. Sadly we will not be return guests

Our room was huge, check-in was easy, and the breakfast was outstanding. Very quiet, and restaurants close enough to walk to. We would stay again.

Clean rooms, great staff. Nice breakfast. The only thing I was bummed about was the lack of a hot tub.

Traveled to Helena for business. Stayed an extra night to see more because Helena had a great vibe and we enjoyed every place we went! The hotel was wonderful and all the staff were amazing! Highly recommend this lovely hotel!

There was someone else's food in the fridge when we checked into our room. The restaurant they endorse made both my son and I severely sick.
