Perfect location that’s interconnected to the airport rail express train. Room is big and spacious. Toilet is big and clean with separate shower room . Also linked to the mall within the hotel. Highly recommended for the convenience.

Great location, but the service, facilities, and value for money were all just average. No complimentary water, no breakfast, and the room size was standard. The front desk service was okay, but not particularly warm or welcoming. Also, it was quite expensive for what it offered!

The location is excellent. Just down the street, there are many restaurants, Emart, Olive Young, Pharmacies and convenient stores. In addition, from the B1 level, I can go directly to the train station and easily access the airport or other locations. However, the hotel room is a bit old. The toilet paper is too thin and the hair dryer is outdated. The airflow is very weak and most importantly there is no hot air function. As a result I couldn't dry my hair completely, esp. at night. The carpet also looks dirty.

Located at exit 2 of Gongdeok station with escalator/lift access. Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion were very fragrant. Bathroom slippers were changed daily. Would be good if vanity kit (facial cotton and ear buds) and sugar/creamer/stirrer could be provided. Pillows were very soft and the hotel uses Simmons mattress. The furniture a bit old. The aircon system was quite confusing at first as it auto off when reached a temperature. Thereafter, it will auto on again. At times, there’s no air circulation. Room prices are on the high side.

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel pool was fantastic – really big, even larger than the five-star hotel next to Mapo. It cost a one-time fee of 20,000 KRW, and the hygiene was excellent. I was the only one there the day I went, which was amazing! The hotel is a bit older, but the facilities are still quite comprehensive. The gym is decent, though it doesn't have a huge variety of equipment. The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the subway exit, making it perfect for short trips. There's a good variety of breakfast options, but nothing particularly standout.
