Embassy Suites by Hilton Akron Canton Airport

Recommend a security team to assist guest with complaints that front desk employees obviously didn’t have time or the access to aide needs. I was insulted and disrespected by another guest, nothing was done nor suggested to assist me, no sensitivity to how emotional the situation was to me, and instead was forced to leave and then arrested for waiting outside the building for my minor children to come down because I pressed buzzer to once again ask for assistance in escorting them until they left the building. The night counter worker told inaccuracies as to me trying to re-enter the building which I never attempted, just simply pressed the button and returned to the car. My kids were left in tears from this nightmare

The breakfast was not very good. Overly greasy bacon and rock hard sausages. The individually made omelet was good. The room looked a little worn - wallpaper pealing at the ceiling. The staff was pleasant.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in awhile. It was pristine. The rooms were very nice, pool was great for the kids, Happy Hour and snacks was the perfect ending to a long drive. Very happy about this hotel

We checked in late . The staff was very polite and inviting. The room was clean and I used the gym which was also kept clean.

Both the room and the staff exceeded expectations. Even the housekeeping staff was gracious.

Very nice suite! Comfortable bed clean bathroom and most of all the breakfast was so good! Had a lot of the typical things at a hotel breakfast yogurt, bagels, muffins, make your own waffles etc.. The difference was made to order eggs with a variety of ingredients for omelettes.

Spacious! Beautifully and comfortably designed. I loved the bed being back in it’s own little alcove out of the site of the door. Breakfast was outstanding! Kind and courteous staff. The shuttle wasn’t running as scheduled, so I was given a complimentary ride via Uber to the airport.

Clean rooms, the staff texted and check on us everyday. The room was spacious, a good price and the bed was so so so comfortable.
