Recommend a security team to assist guest with complaints that front desk employees obviously didn’t have time or the access to aide needs. I was insulted and disrespected by another guest, nothing was done nor suggested to assist me, no sensitivity to how emotional the situation was to me, and instead was forced to leave and then arrested for waiting outside the building for my minor children to come down because I pressed buzzer to once again ask for assistance in escorting them until they left the building. The night counter worker told inaccuracies as to me trying to re-enter the building which I never attempted, just simply pressed the button and returned to the car. My kids were left in tears from this nightmare

Kids enjoyed the breakfast and that it was open later than most places we have stayed. Staff was very accommodating.

Cook on second night was very rude to wait staff which was wide open in the dining area. Room had blood looking stains all over ceilings and high walls, which was disturbing as well.

The breakfast was disappointing. First, no omelettes! The bacon was a mess of grease, burnt, hard and old dry bacon. No tasting eggs and sausages. However, there was plenty and well stocked.

Everything was super nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any needs we may have had. I love a good breakfast and they did not disappoint. Come on, who doesn’t love eggs to order. I did not get a chance to do the restaurant for evening time, but it looked very nice as well. A plus, plus. When we come back to area, this will be our go to.

We loved the property! We wish there was a whirlpool, tho. The swimming pool was too cold.

AMAZING BREAKFAST! THEY HAVE OMLET ON DEMAND. DELICIOUS! Room was clean and great space for big groups. My only complaint and disappointment is that, because we were a big group we did use the sofa bed and it was a big disappointment. The mattress was super thin and it was leaning back, so we had sleep where the feet goes. And this line of hotel I would have expected better quality.
