BE Resort Mactan

I like that there is movie marathon by the beach. Breakfast is good. Staffs are accommodating.

Location wise, this is pefect. You can just take any public transport and you are there when you get off. The staff are very well trained, very nice and very polite. Everything looked very clean and even if the hotel is not that big, they had a badminton/volleball courts. There is enough beach front to walk around. For a Lapu-lapu beach, their beach is clean enough as well. They had plenty of covered lounge couches to enjoy beach front even under the sun. The pool is small but it feels clean. We paid an extra ₱ 500 to get the "upgrade" for the ocean view and it was our biggest mistake causing us to lose sleep. Apparently, the room assigned to us was part of an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. We can hear everything happening in the other room and unfortunately the couple in the other room were going at it very loudly (the girl was shouting) until around 5 in the morning. We don't recommend the breakfast buffet as well especially if you are paying the extra ₱1,100 for another person. Very few choices, very salty meat dishes and we don't know exactly what caused it but we had a stomachache after breakfast.

Great resort with amazing staff! The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, and I loved the nightly brownie treat. Cheryl at the front desk was a superstar—so kind and efficient. The pool is gorgeous and a great place to relax. The beach is lovely at high tide but not great when the water recedes. The only downside was the food at the Salt Restaurant, which was a bit disappointing compared to everything else. Still, a highly recommended place to stay!

Very comfortable bed. We had a very good rest. Breakfast buffet selection is good. I hope you can add danggit as well.

Overall, we love our stay at Be Resorts. However, there are few suggestions I would like to make: ~make the hallways and rooms welcoming to the guests by making sure that they smell good ~quick waiting time during the check out (female front desk staffs were busy chatting) the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating though

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at BE Resort Mactan. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and very attentive, which really made the experience feel welcoming and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, perfect for a laid back getaway. One of the highlights is the resort’s small private beach. While it’s not very large, it’s more than enough if you’re simply looking for a peaceful place to unwind by the water. What I appreciated most is that the resort doesn’t feel overcrowded, especially at a time when many destinations are packed with tourists. It made the whole stay feel more relaxing and exclusive. Breakfast was also a standout… there were plenty of options to choose from making it a great way to start the day. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with excellent service and a more peaceful atmosphere in Mactan.
