The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near Hung Hom MTR Station and the Cross-Harbour Tunnel, making it easy to get around. There are many famous attractions nearby, such as the Avenue of Stars and large shopping malls. The hotel's breakfast buffet was top-notch, featuring fresh ingredients and excellent service. location is good， walking distance to many places. . View of the hotel is not bad，especially the 9th floor‘s. Don't miss going to the pool part. There are free afternoon tea and happy hour drinking treatment at 28th floor. i‘d like to say i've made right choice for this trip to HK. What an amazing hotel!!! Magnificent in every way, modern with a great atmosphere. The restaurants and food are superb, and there's a spectacular pool with views of the Hong Kong skyline and Victoria Harbour!!! The room was splendid with skyline and harbour views, and a perfect bed for resting!! A huge thank you to Kelvin and Lui at The Market restaurant for their excellent service, and to Melva and the rest of the reception staff who were so helpful!!! The cleaning and concierge staff were wonderful!!!

Excellent hotel! We were incredibly satisfied. Delicious breakfasts, pleasant staff who will help with any question. The location is right in the center, within walking distance of the metro (7 min), and many attractions. The restaurant on the ground floor is fantastic, definitely try the steak, it's finger-licking good! The gym is open 24 hours, and there's a pool with a superb view. Clean, tasty, convenient. We will definitely come back if we are in Hong Kong.

My wife and I we travel a lot, especially in Asia. This hotel is exceptional I always book 5-star hotels, and this one I can confirm has the best customer service from every staff member. They truly live up to their reputation. We will certainly come back! The location is perfect, close to all forms of transportation and the subway. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and the smell throughout the entire hotel is incredible !

This was an absolutely perfect stay! The hotel has a great location, wonderful design, open views, and new facilities. Not only was there a capsule coffee machine in the room, but all the drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. Plus, the bed was so comfortable, I never wanted to get up in the mornings!
