**Do not stay here. This hotel was a huge disappointment - Air conditioning did not work during the peak of the Spanish summer in July - Despite reporting the issue to staff several times, nothing was done to fix it. - No fans were offered as an alternative, despite the extreme heat - The room became so unbearably hot that our children ended up sleeping on the floor beside the door to try to get some airflow - No on-site restaurant, despite this being advertised - Pool bar was closed throughout our stay - No fridge in the room - The room phone didn’t work - Customer service was extremely poor, with staff showing little interest in resolving any of the issues we raised, they told me I could move rooms but air con may not work there either and this was only when I went down to report for the 3rd time. They also blamed the directors of hotel and stated they don’t care. Manager the most unhelpful of all. - Overall, the hotel failed to provide the facilities and service it advertises. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone

Google Maps did not come up with the right place. It sent us to Camping Fun, which is approximately 500 metres farther down the street. My husband remembered seeing a sign that said Paradise Resort, and we back to it. If is off-season, and restaurant was closed for remodeling. However, the hotel is 1.9 km away from the city center where there are plenty of cafes, tapas, restaurants and bars. There are also some eating places close to the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English. Hotel is beautiful with marble floors and is very spacious. Our room was large with a king size bed and a large balcony. It faced the pool and the back of the resort. Nice tub and shower, bathroom with toilet and bidet. Lovely place! Will stay again if we are in the area!

Nice place to stay nice pool and outside area. Rooms showing some age but very clean

Rooms were clean and welcoming. BUT food in restaurant was unedible, they had loud horrible music on, the food served had nothing to do with the actual served food! It was obviously pre packed food badly cooked dry chicken drowning in bad quality oil, French fries were from frozen packaged fried with bad quality oil. When presenting a complain to the administrator her behavior was rude, patronizing and without aknowledging our perspective she disappeared without apologizing for the bad service.
