Service: The front desk staff was super helpful, I'd definitely choose this place again. Ambiance: The decor here is really unique, one of a kind.

1. The location is super convenient for dining and getting around. Just cross the street (it's under construction, so a bit tricky to navigate) after leaving the property, and you're at Huagai Road Pedestrian Street. As someone from Qingyuan, I found the Shunde cuisine here really hit the spot. 2. Both the architectural design and interior decor of the guesthouse are outstanding. However, the black flooring makes it hard to tell if it's clean, especially in the rooms, which made me feel a bit uneasy and uncomfortable. 3. The staff were all very helpful, especially a male staff member at the front desk. Thank you! 4. I definitely encountered mosquitoes. I killed a fully engorged one during my afternoon nap. Then, at 1:30 AM, I had to get up to fight mosquitoes again, but couldn't catch them, so I just had to put up with it. It really affected my sleep. 5. When I opened a box labeled "shower cap," I was horrified to find not a shower cap, but a used cotton swab inside! I reported it to the front desk, but no manager followed up with me, which was very irresponsible. 6. The breakfast was quite tasty, but the selection was too limited, and the fruit was poorly and carelessly cut into tiny pieces. 7. Passing by the rooms several times, I consistently saw takeout trash left outside the doors.

I brought my little one to Shunde for Children's Day and booked this B&B that I stumbled upon on Trip.com. It was absolutely amazing value for money! First off, the location is excellent; you can walk directly to Qinghui Garden and the pedestrian street, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. The B&B is located in a creative park, converted from an old factory, and it's incredibly quiet. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the design – it has a sophisticated industrial chic vibe, perfect for young people. We booked the Garden Duplex Twin Room, which was spacious enough. The tatami mat and bathtub in the loft were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Breakfast is served at the popular 'Chimney' cafe on the second floor of the B&B. While the variety isn't huge, it does offer some authentic Shunde specialties. The entire B&B is very photogenic, attracting many people for photo ops. However, the accommodation area is well-managed, ensuring guests aren't disturbed. The service was also spot on; all staff members were just the right amount of enthusiastic. After checking in, someone personally escorted us to our room and introduced the facilities. My little one even remarked that walking through the corridor felt ceremonial! The front desk staff were very responsive to guests' needs, on par with a star-rated hotel. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely bring my older child next time.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Qinghui Garden and Jinbang Street, and there are many takeaway options, making life very convenient. My room was on the first floor and seemed to be the largest room type. The fish pond design on the balcony was outstanding, and you could feed the fish directly. I didn't recognize the brand of the shower equipment, but the water quality was comparable to Hansgrohe. The mattress was also very comfortable, though I didn't check the brand. The hotel service was very responsive, and they even offered a welcome gift. The hotel's design completely isolates it from the old town's residential area. The Bear Electric Appliance museum and the lifestyle museum next door are worth a visit, and the food at the Zhishanfang restaurant at the entrance could easily be Michelin-starred. The coffee shop on the second floor serves as the hotel's breakfast restaurant, and the ambiance is superb, attracting many visitors. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety but was exquisite, especially the self-service egg and meat rice rolls – absolutely unforgettable. The only drawback was having just one coffee machine, which meant waiting when it got busy. I'd suggest adding more self-service coffee and tea options. A suggestion for the hotel: consider adding a WeChat concierge. It's a bit inconvenient to have to call the front desk for everything.

Absolutely beautiful! And it was so quiet even during the May Day holiday, which is rare! The guest room area and the cafe/photo-op area are very well separated. The staff even offers laundry service! Highly recommend! It has a great vibe~

Staying in Shunde felt like a dream! It was like living in an art gallery. This guesthouse is incredibly unique, a renovated old textile factory. The design is full of character, from the roof tiles to the arched doorways, with meticulous attention to detail. We chose the round bed room, which was very spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows that created a wonderful ambiance. There's a large living area, a desk, and a round bathtub. The garden design is lovely, and the pond is full of koi. Upon check-in, we received complimentary fruit and snacks – the service was fantastic. Plus, parking is free! Chimney Coffee is right next door, which is also where we had breakfast. The atmosphere there is lovely, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Our room also came with an incredibly thoughtful 'universal kit.' Beyond the usual toiletries, it included a steam eye mask, nail clippers, cotton swabs, mouthwash, dental floss, disposable earplugs, mosquito repellent, and more – so heartwarming! Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the place is very photogenic.
