Spouter Inn Bed & Breakfast

This was the cleanest most peaceful B&B I have ever had the opportunity to stay at. The owners pay attention to every detail to ensure your stay is the most comfortable and relaxing. Our breakfast was divine and my husband and I look forward to our next stay at The Spouter Inn.

We had a wonderful stay during our three nights at Spouter Inn. Mark and Traci were very welcoming and gracious hosts. Breakfast was delicious and we especially enjoyed the daily yogurt bar with toppings and the custom lattes. We loved our room - the Harbormaster's Suite in the main house - and found it to be a welcome respite each evening after exploring the mid-coast area. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the comfortable living room, nicely decorated with nautical touches, and a view of the "beach". We got lucky with the early-May weather and even sat out front on the rockers one morning with our coffee. Overall, a great experience at Spouter Inn. Traci and Mark could not have been more welcoming and down-to-earth.

Wonderful place, the owners are very attentive, the breakfast is great, and they have excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. We had a great time.

We spent two wonderful nights at The Spouter Inn for my husband’s birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely and relaxing. We had a view looking out over Penobscot Bay. Breakfast each morning was just delicious. I opted for the birthday package which did not disappoint. Tracy made a delicious chocolate cake and there were balloons in our room when we arrived. We certainly hope to visit again soon. Mark and Tracy have a lovely inn and no attention to detail is spared!

My wife and stay at several bed and breakfast throughout the New England states. This was by far the best. The owners are fantastic and feel like family. We will be back again soon

Exactly what we needed! The Spouter Inn B&B was so much more than expected. Darling, charming, welcoming, comfortable, relaxing, and on and on. Tracy and Mark are amazing hosts - friendly, knowledgeable and easy to be around. Breakfast? Oh my! I told Tracy I'd have to go on a "Breakfast Diet" when I got home. Each morning was an absolute culinary delight! And each afternoon, the yummy treats were waiting for us, welcoming us back from whatever adventures we had been on. We are already planning our next stay at The Spouter Inn (and hope we can get the Harbormaster Quarters again and dates we want - we've told so many friends about the B&B, it may be fully booked when we next want to visit)!

The Spouter Inn is wonderful! My wife and I first visited there in August, 2024, and returned again this August. The new owners, Mark and Tracy Cini, are marvelous hosts who have decorated the inn beautifully and planted lovely gardens on the property. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfasts are truly amazing. Mark does a great job maintaining the property, and Tracy is a fabulous cook who also bakes delicious pastries every day. There are lots of local restaurants and nearby towns to explore, and the ambience is totally relaxing. We could not have had a better time and hope to be able to return for years to come!

You know when you have an experience and you try and recreate it and it never turns out as great as the first time. Well that does NOT happen when you stay at Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast. Our first stay was in 2023. It was so impresive we had to try it again and we kept our fingers crossed that we would have the same wonderful experience. And we did!!! Tracy and Mark are amazing hosts and deliver outstanding service along with amazing breakfasts. The B&B is so welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor gardens and sitting areas are inviting. If you are looking for a welcoming B&B with service done to perfection, we strongly recommend you consider the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast.
