Much better than staying within Lake Tahoe area. Great breakfast. Nice room conditions. Can use Costco gas with cheaper price. Highly recommended. Will use this hotel again next time.

The service I received upon checking in was excellent. The young lady Yvonne was such a big help in every way. The breakfast is a lot better than most hotels who offer breakfast. The facilities were clean . I will definitely recommend and book here again!!

Coming from Australia I wasn't aware of this brand of Hotel, so when we pulled into Carson City looking for accommodation for the night I tried a few of the usual suspects, but they were all booked for some reason. So we tried this one. We were so glad we did. It was perfect. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good. The whole place was spotless. Our room (400) was huge, and it pretty much had a kitchen in it! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that asked!

BEWARE! Worst customer service experience. I was wrongfully charged for damage to a TV that I didn’t cause. The “manger” Hank called me to ask one question then hung up on me. I later find I was charged. Called to clear this up only for both Hank and Nicole to be very accusatory and unprofessional with their voices raised. They would not let me talk insisting I caused damage. Still dealing with trying to get this resolved.

This was a very nice hotel with super comfortable beds. My one complaint is that the pool was freezing, and since it's an indoor pool, the outside temperature doesn't warm it up. And there's no hot tub. We were on a long road trip (stayed there July 19th) and I booked all our hotels with pools. This one was a big disappointment. I swam for a while, but the rest of the family tried it and gave up. Maybe they've fixed the heater by now, but call to check if a pool is important to you.

My wife and I spent two nights at this H2S. Overall, a good experience. The room was spacious and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful...they even called me ahead of time as my credit card had an issue, and because they were booked solid 5hey didn't want me to lose the room. Only the breakfast was a disappointment. I must admit I have relatively low expectations for any hotel's "free breakfast," this one fell short. The toaster under-toasted, the food options weak. Part of this disappointment was also because we had recently stayed at another H2S, where the breakfast was well above average. Still, I would stay here again.

Amazing experience. I am sure the staff will remember who I am. Thank you for assisting us due to our reservation at another hotel was canceled without our knowledge. You saved our weekend with friends and family. Everything was excellent, the room, the staff. location. You will be my number one choice for my next visit to Carson City. Thank you, Thank you!

Relatively few reviews here because it is a brand new hotel. I really liked the experience. The rooms are functional and good quality sofas and beds. I do prefer the one bedroom suite, which is a bit more cozy than the oversized studio rooms which have a whole lot of empty space - even though some people who stay longer may like this. We just did an overnight stay, so cozy was more important. I just have two observations/suggestions: 1 - The hotel was obviously finished to meet a deadline. The caulking around the sink was poorly done and already showed some reddish discoloration. 2 - While the furniture and the reception area is really nicely done, the lobby has the charm of a bus station. Bring some plants in and other things like a book shelf that make it more cozy. But overall: Good value, clean, good location - I would definitely come back.
