Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown

Staff were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Location is superb with many famous eateries around and its so easy to get around. Amenities given a rating of 4 because the hair dryer in the room was broken and rattles when in use. However the hotel was very quick to replace it when i called up reception. Cleanliness is questionable. Grouting and siilicon seal in the bathroom is black with mold. Most critical issue was we found cockroach in the room on both nights that we were there even though the first one found on the first night was already disposed of.

Absolutely amazing stay! We stayed at Four Points and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. We had asked the hotel if they could arrange something special for my husband and a friend's birthdays, and they absolutely smashed it! When we went into our respective rooms, we were completely blown away by the decorations. The time, effort and thought that had gone into setting everything up was way beyond what I expected. It was such a lovely surprise and made the birthdays feel really special. A special mention to Chin Yong, Front Office Supervisor, who was incredibly helpful in getting everything organised. His team at the front desk were also so kind and accommodating, even extending our checkout for us. A big thank you to Mannan from housekeeping, who did an awesome job setting up the rooms, and Aiman, the porter, who was also so helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and genuinely made us feel very welcome. The location was another big plus. There were so many cool cafés, restaurants and drinking spots right around the hotel that we were completely spoilt for choice. It was also central enough to get around the different areas of KL without having to spend an hour sitting in traffic. Overall, we had such a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Four Points Kuala Lumpur. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!

Had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown. The location is super convenient for exploring the local area, food spots, and getting around the city. The room was noticeably spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highlight of the stay was definitely the view—waking up to a direct view of Merdeka 118 was stunning, especially at night when lit up. Highly recommend requesting a room facing the tower. Would definitely return
