it is a no frill hotel and suitable for Business trip it is easy to access via metro and convenient to go around.

Overall, the biggest benefit of this hotel is the location. Directly at station exit 9 with escalator if you exit correctly, as the station is big and has many stairs. Key benefits - Location! Very good especially during hot summer, we dont have to walk a lot - Our room was clean - Spacious room, we open two large luggage - Bathroom is spacious - I read reviews that AC heating/cooling cannot be adjusted. We went in August (still summer) and temperature can be controlled within the room. But whether it is heater or AC, its decided by hotel for changing seasons, i think - 7-11 at the hotel lobby level 9 is convenient Can be improved (if you're particular) - Toilet drain gets clog with our long hair. We called and front desk sent an engineer to our room to fix. But he did not take off his shoes so it left many water marks in our bathroom. - No coin washing machine, only laundry service Other info: - Lift waiting time for us was ok, we never waited more than 5mins during our 6 nights stay. - Water refill station available at Lobby, conveniently get ice and cold water - Many food options nearby, and small Oliveyoung - Food delivery can be sent to ground floor only (Level 1) - I saw previous comments that their staff service is not great. From our experience, we dont expect 5 star level hospitality & warmth but they do get the job done & are responsive. For example, they dont welcome you warmly but when we called for extra pillow, they sent it within 15-20mins. - Gym was small but good enough to squeeze in quick workout, not very crowded late night (10-11pm) - Voltage not very stable at first but we managed to change direction of our adapter so it was fine after.
