Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Hotel

Centrally located. Good Customer service . Breakfast was just ok for foreigners, i think it is good for Chinese Travelers. Name plates of the food was not put properly. I wanted to have vegetables but ended up taking some pork or beef. I expect someone who can read and understand English to arrange the food Name plates. Communication is little time consuming as nobody speaks English and need translations. Other than that, very nice people abd service. I would come again but will not take Breakfast though 😁😁

The hotel enjoys a location with convenient transportation, both swell, equipped facilities, and offers, clean, tidy rooms, making for a very comfortable stay front desk. Staff member provided excellent warmhearted service overall satisfactory, pleased.

If you want to enjoy Guangzhou as a whole and stay in a place that is reachable within walking distance please stay at this hotel. Let me not start about the rooms and the services from the staff. Magnificent is an understatement. The breakfast please pay for it, you can get both Chinese and western food options. Receptionist Pan pan and qi are the best ladies. Any problem they solve it for you with the biggest smile on their faces. Professional and good English too. This hotel is really a home away from a home.

Location is superb, 2nd to none along the touristy Beijing Pedestrian Street with restaurant located on the 5th floor. There are tonnes of good dim sum restaurants within walkable distance and attractions like big buddha temple within reach as well. I would also like to personally compliment the front desk personnel 钟思晴 who has been very helpful in digging through the huge loads of parcels when I have minimal information about the parcel that was sent to the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay, probably will return again but not during the hot and wet seasons.

The hotel was perfect! Location wise was superb, you exit the hotel, all the local restaurants specialties and shoping right at your doorstep. The service was also impeccable! From the moment you checked in, the receptionist were super nice to my kids and very attentive to our needs. The cleaning lady was also warm and made sure our room was clean. The washing machine was 👍🏻. Our flight was at 4 and Lucy was very kind to offer us a late check out. She also gave my kids some souvenirs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Located in the heart of Beijing Lu, honestly one of the better options if you are looking for convenience! Staff are also super helpful & friendly, bonus mentioned to their little delivery robots that brings your takeaways/meituan right to your doorstep. Many options for breakfast :)

The hotels location is excellent right in the middle staff member kinking provided outstanding service recommending nearby restaurants and helping us plan our itinerary highly recommended this was a very satisfying stay okay thank you
