Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Central World, The Market, and Big C, and you can get there via skywalk the entire way, which is great. However, due to Bangkok's terrible traffic congestion, and the fact that it's a bit far from the nearest MRT station, getting a taxi can be slow and you'll likely hit traffic. The hotel staff are excellent, polite, and very welcoming. On the downside, housekeeping doesn't come daily; you have to proactively request it. Overall, it's a solid four-star standard across the board! The hotel pool is uncrowded, clean, and the staff there are also fantastic. Just a heads-up: there were a lot of Indian guests.

Clean, great atmosphere, and delicious food, right in the heart of the city. I've been here before and I'll definitely come again; I love it! Highly recommend visiting. I've stayed many times and I particularly love the breakfast because there's such a wide variety.
