Hilton Garden Inn Lansing/West

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It has been along time since i have ran into staff who are sincerely nice and upbeat naturally. From maintenance, cleaners and management. Not a one displayed trained welcoming and schooled niceness.

The staff were lovely and the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast isn't free, but I had a yummy dinner there one of the nights and found the price very reasonable (plus there are food places in the same parking lot and across the street). An easy drive to MSU.

The hot tub was out of order, and the staff were rude! I cannot believe this is how a Hilton hotel is being run. I am appalled at the treatment of visitors and the lack of consideration. This was the worst stay ever, I’d have been better off at the travel lodge!!!

Should serve breakfast with stay. Lobby TV was always on CNN - fake news . I stayed with my husband not partner.

I always choose Hilton garden inn when I visit from northern Michigan. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and beds are comfy

Gym was well equipped, hot tub was great, pool was good. Pork nachos at the bar were delicious and the bartender was great.

Great stay at the Hilton in Lansing, Michigan. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean room, quiet. The pool and hot tub were very nice! Everything worked as you'd expect.

Very spacious room, clean, excellent spa. The front desk clerk even opened the spa 30 minutes early for me.
