Perfect location! One block from King St but very quiet. We walked everywhere! The restaruant on the roof is amazing and so convenient. Highly recommend!

Beautiful 800 sq ft loft with full kitchen, washer/dryer, fridge. Breakfast delivered to room in a cute picnic basket every morning. Great location!

Room was not ready until 745 pm. No help with bags. Charged for valet parking but car sat outside hotel in same spot it was left. Asked for late checkout until 12pm — given all of the above a no brainer — was told no. I can’t even make it up.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is automatically delivered in a picnic basket to your room each morning, which consisted of mostly baked goods. Quality was so-so. They really need to figure out how to serve a sit down breakfast for guests, There was a coffee machine in the room, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it, and all they had in the room were artificial creamers which we don’t drink. The front desk staff was very friendly, but every time we called them, for example to ask how to use the coffee machine, no one picked up the phone and the voice mail box was full.

Overall simply incredible, the staff was friendly, room was huge and amazing. Property was super close to everything and anything we asked for showed up immediately.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Charleston. The valet/concierge service is super helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the complimentary happy hour and breakfast baskets were lovely. The hotel room was a loft style apartment - just amazing. Great location too, safe and not too loud despite being in such a vibrant location. The complimentary local jeep service for tips was a huge help too! Highly recommend this hotel!

mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings....
