Hotel Santika Premiere Ice - BSD City

Everything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

If you're in town for an exhibition, the location is great because it's so close. However, there isn't much around, which can be a bit inconvenient, but it's not a big deal since you can just take a taxi. The room service was affordable but took way too long, so I ended up canceling it. The pool was cozy and not crowded, which was nice.

The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either. It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with a supermarket nearby, and it's relatively close to my workplace. The environment is just okay, and the value for money is average. Room cleanliness was just so-so. There are plenty of dining options though.
