SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund

We booked this boutique hotel for 7 days for our stay in Shanghai. It was one of our best decisions ever. The hotel is located near tourist attractions within walking distance. The receptionist, Aurora is very kind and helpful. She also understands English very well. Even the nigh shift receptionist also very helpful. They gave us lots of complimentary. The staff at the Garden Restaurant is also very kind. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and look to stay again in this hotel.

The hotel has a great location—the main shopping street and the waterfront are within walking distance. The metro is within walking distance, which is very important (a two-minute walk). This is especially important because, when returning to the hotel tired in the evening, we could quickly get from the metro to the hotel. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to the reception manager, Suki — she helped us arrange our domestic flight to the Avatar Mountains (we couldn't check in or choose seats). She was a very pleasant and responsible woman! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location ia great. Walk to the lovely Yu Gardena in 10 mins. Enjoy the multi faceted experence of food, history and culture of old Shamghai in one place! Try a photo shoot at the studio to add an immersive dimension to your experience of 1900s Shanghai.

The location is very close to mrt station, yuyuan garden. and the location also easy to find. room is very spacious, the receptions and the staffs are very kind. with complete amenities. the hotel also very clean. very recommended hotel in Shanghai. 👍

I just want to express how amazing my experience at SSAW Boutique was! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The man at the front desk also helped me order food even though it was late at night and found me a restaurant that was open, I really appreciated that. Highly suggest staying here, the views from the rooms are also amazing.

Helpful staff who had very patiently help with our multiple request where possible. Really appreciate the warmth and kindness from the staff. Good location with easy access to train station and walking distance to Yu Yuan.
