Pros: The hotel is right next to the Petronas Towers, which is convenient for dining and shopping! There was a very enthusiastic front desk lady who didn't speak Chinese but went out of her way to help me. She was dedicated, but the language barrier caused a 40-minute delay. Cons: I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised Chinese-speaking staff, but for the first two days, I couldn't find anyone who spoke Chinese. On the third day, I had no choice but to contact the booking platform, and only then did the hotel provide Chinese service. I have to commend Ctrip customer service here, they were truly responsible! The facilities are old, and the hygiene is poor. They even sent rotten fruit to the room! Every day, the bed was made haphazardly, not at all presentable!

Mandarin Oriental Hotel is located next to Suria KLCC so it's very convenient to go shopping and enjoy the magnificent view of the Petronas towers. Breakfast buffet offers variety of local and international delicacies. However, we faced a small problem during check-in procedure: we arrived at 2.00 pm and waited in the lobby until 3.00 pm before the front desk staff told us our room was not ready yet. We had to spend time in Suria KLCC mall for another one hour, until 4.00 pm. However, when we came back, our luggages were sent to the room already and we found that they gave us a deluxe corner room with garden view, which was very nice. The room is spotless clean and air-condition works very well.
