ABSOLUTELY NOT PROFESSIONAL AND TO BE AVOIDED they first asked me 10€ for late checkin (after midnight) which is ok and I accepted to pay trying my best to arrive by midnight but I was constrained by a flight, then at midnight they cancelled my booking telling me that they could not find anyone to open the door and leaving me without any accomodation in the middle of the night. This is totally not the way to treat customers and work in a professional way. Hope that the level of the structure is not the same of its employees.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in, very friendly atmosphere and great staff. There was a full breakfast. The hostel facilities were great and you didn't have to pay extra for anything.The location of the hostel is excellent. All of Barcelona's main attractions are within walking distance.

Essendo un ostello ovviamente non ci aspettavamo lusso e comodità, però: - COLAZIONE: nessun apparrecchiamento ma tazze piatti e posate in altro ambiente rispetto alla sala colazione dove poi andavano riportate e lavate, nessuna acqua da bere disponibile tranne quella del rubinetto con forte sapore di cloro, brioches e muffin confezionati, in frigo solo margarina niente burro e frutta in parte andata a male; - STRUTTURA non c'è aria condizionata ma solo ventilatori portatili, secondo piano senza ascensore, igiene buona ma bagni con tracce di umidità sul soffitto, parquet in plastica a tratti ammalorato. - ACCOGLIENZA non scortese ma certo distratta e poco attenta. Questo per un costo totale - compreso probabilmente tassa di soggiorno ed altri ev oneri - di ben 69 euro a persona per notte in camerata da 4 letti (a castello). Ripeto, nessuno si aspetta da un ostello particolari comfort (e tra l'altro questo è in buona posizione) ma quello pagato sembra un prezzo decisamente troppo alto per una struttura del genere (vedi foto)
