Nice, easy and quick customer service, close to gas stations and food, affordable night, clean, quiet area

We arrived and had a quick and easy check in. Our room was ground level, with easy parking and room acsess. The room was spacious and clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and large closet. The TV wouldn't work so we made a call to the front desk, and someone came down shortly after and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations and stay definitely would return.

This is a conveniently located property with ample parking. Room was clean and comfortable.

This is my second time staying here, it’s perfect when doing the Kancamagus and North Conway. Rooms are large and very comfortable, very clean. I can thoroughly recommend this property. I will book here again.

One of the most quiet stays I've had in a long time. Not one key pass issue as well. Was able to park right outside my door. I would improve are the sidewalk cleanliness. Definitely could have used a sweeping. Pine needles and leaves all over.

The room was clean but the wallpaper was peeling off in multiple locations. The walls are a bit thin so I'd recommend a sound machine. The playground onsite was perfect for my son and we spent a lot of time there. The location was great and it was close to the outlets for shipping, near several restaurants as well as the aquarium and Kahuna Laguna. Staff was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay again.

This is such a beautiful, clean place. Dogs are allowed in the back, and there is a railroad track that you can walk on with your dog. A lot of close stores are nearby, and we definitely would come again. The front desk was nice, and housekeeping was good.

Room was clean. Had a heating and hot water problem and had to be relocated. They “upgraded” us to a larger suite room, but it didn’t feel like an upgrade and it was super inconvenient for us. We had just wanted to relax in between our hikes and dry out our clothes, but instead we had to switch rooms in the dark after already settling in once. We were really turned off by this experience.
