Green Earth Sustainable Solution
I'’m giving the S.E.Y.A. Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing) a well-deserved 5 stars. My son, one of my employees, and I stayed three nights just a few days ago on a business trip, and we all agreed this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.
From the moment you walk into the lobby, the hotel feels elevated and thoughtfully designed. The aesthetics throughout the property — especially the rooms — are unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
The room itself was extremely stylish, with beautiful color themes, smart lighting, and a modern layout that feels both luxurious and comfortable. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the pool in the room — and I mean a real pool. It’s large, it’s private, and it’s an experience you don’t forget. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and I’ve never seen anything like it.
Service was outstanding from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and every staff member I interacted with was helpful and professional. A special thank you to my housekeeper, Lulu — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I genuinely appreciate her and the entire team.
One of my favorite touches was how the hotel would text me each night to ask what I wanted for breakfast, then deliver it exactly when I requested — always on time. Even the service robot was a fun and impressive detail that added to the overall experience.
The view from the 51st floor is breathtaking — easily one of the best views I’ve ever had from a hotel room. And the location is perfect: you’re in a central area with tons of food options, which made everything convenient during our trip.
