Booked thru trip.com. No option to add breakfast. So I had to pay for breakfast for 6 people. Cost me an additional $60. Breakfast was terrible. They were out of scrambled eggs, pancake syrup was watery. Server could barely understand and speak English. Last time I will book thru Trip.com.

Staff was AMAZING, supportive and accommodating. Centrally located near shopping and restaurants- including the highway. Bar staff waa so nice

The server in the breakfast restaurant on main floor was lovely and helpful all week. Some delays upon checkin and had to request my breakfast vouchers upon check in but staff were apologetic and quick to fix things. I believe one of them was just learning. Hotel was in good shape and breakfast was consistent and delicious each morning. I appreciate that they have espresso and lattes in the morning at the bar.

The evening staff was extremely helpful in helping me find an area for 10 teen girls to complete a group activity. The food for the breakfast buffet was on point. The food at the restaurant was good. It was nice that they had a weekend special geared towards families and kids.

The staff was very nice. The food was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

We had breakfast on property and would do it again. The staff, amazing. The food, amazing! They made omelets to order, had fresh fruit and as we are from the south we thought it cute they called grits and cheese a breakfast special.

The hotel is updated and clean. For not being downtown, it’s crazy they charge you for their self park parking lot and their hot tub was closed and apparently has been since at least January. They aren’t deal breakers but you could probably find another hotel that has free parking and a better pool in the area.

Very nice hotel. Very modern design with high ceilings in the lobby area. People at front desk were very nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and workout area was nice but hot tub was closed. Overall stay was great. We were there during the recent snow storm and the staff was willing to make an except, refunding one of our nights there so we could leave early before the storm really hit.
