Four Points by Sheraton Chongqing Nanchuan

The room is very spacious and grand, and the mattress is quite comfortable to sleep on. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining options downstairs. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast—it offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. There were still so many things I didn't have room to try! The breakfast was so filling that I didn't even need lunch and stayed full until 4 or 5 PM.

Great and very quiet on the 19th floor. With a high vantage point for distant views, the room is fully equipped, very new, and tastefully designed. The elevators are also very fast. I originally planned to change hotels after finishing my business here, but I’ve decided not to and will stay another day!!

Pros: As a new hotel, all the facilities are quite perfect. The room is spacious enough, the breakfast is plentiful, and the hot water comes out quickly, which I'm very satisfied with.

This is a newly renovated hotel, but the room facilities had endless issues. The only redeeming quality was the friendly staff. However, the lights on the second floor were turned off for long stretches—we really couldn't figure that out. Every time I went to do laundry or use the gym, the hallway lights were off. I stayed for 7 nights and there were countless other minor issues—too many details to even list. The management's attention to detail is simply subpar. Having traveled to over 100 cities and a dozen countries for business and leisure, this is the only hotel of its caliber that I've stayed in that fails to meet the standards it should. It feels like the professional manager running this hotel lacks the necessary competence.

It was my first time visiting Mount Jinfo in Nanchuan, so I booked this brand-new Sheraton. The experience was fantastic! The location is great with plenty of food options nearby, and parking is free. Most importantly, the rooms are spacious and the soundproofing is excellent! We hung out, ate, and drank in the room without worrying about disturbing anyone, nor did we hear any noise from our neighbors across the hall. 5/5, highly recommended!!!

This hotel is incredibly convenient, with pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Parking is easy with plenty of spots. It's only two kilometers from Dongjie and a 30-minute drive to the west slope of Jinfo Mountain. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the hotel facilities are complete, and the rooms are quite spacious. They even provide children's toiletries, which is a nice touch. It would be perfect if they added a step stool for kids in the future!

I had high hopes for this new hotel, but the parking garage was a huge problem. The entrance/exit was extremely narrow, there were very few spots, and I couldn't find anywhere to park. There was no staff to direct me either. When I got to the room, there were hairs on every pillow, and no one came to change them even late at night. There was hair all over the bed and duvet too. I was forced to switch rooms – it was absolutely terrible. Even a 100-yuan guesthouse wouldn't have such hygiene issues. The staff were friendly, but seemed unfamiliar with their duties. Overall, a place to avoid!
