Courtyard Hot Springs

Our Courtyard Hot Springs stay was nothing short of impeccable. The property was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offerings at the bar also met our needs. When visiting Hot Springs in the future, we will definitely stay at this property again.

Not enough parking when coming back at night. There was dumpsters taking up spaces. We had to park at discount tire which it wasn’t a hassle though.

For 340 a night in Hot Springs Arkansas (not a large city) I expected at least a continental breakfast to be available. Staff and hotel were excellent otherwise.

I stay here once a month or every time I am in Hot Springs. I recommend Courtyard to everyone I know that goes to Hot Springs. Everyone is professional and very pleasant to work with. That place is always spotless and they just updated the carpet (not that it is a reason I stay but it shows a constant action to be better).

Front and Bar staff were friendly and accomodating - wish though that Courtyard would offer complimentary breakfast.

Someone else was given a key to my room, then I had to get out of bed and go check in again because the front desk didn’t show me there. Then they charged someone else’s purchase to my room!!

Excellent location to Track and many restaurants. Staff is professional and friendly.

Got to stay in the newer rooms, don’t like that the shower is so open. The room was set at 68 on cool and we dang near sweat to death

Me and my son had a great stay, even though it was short. From the parking lot to the room to the pool, the entire area was clean. All staff members that we came in contact with were very friendly.
