Have been coming to Turkey for several Years and after visiting the vogue 3 years earlier and loving it we decided to book it again…….WELL NEVER AGAIN !!!! Huge disappointment — and definitely our last time at Vogue Bodrum. It’s falsely advertised as open all year round but is over half closed!!!! The management clearly has no control, and the hotel is severely understaffed. Service & Restaurants: There were not enough staff to provide even basic service. We had to reset our own tables, fetch our own cutlery, and even get our own drinks. The buffet restaurant was always overcrowded and was only half open which towards the end of our week just got less and less and if you arrived a bit later, most food was cold or unavailable. Staff in the buffet just look right through you and can’t be bothered to ask if you need anything or clean up tables. This hotel claims to have 7 All à la carte restaurants except all but ONE are closed and they claim to condense all menus into one which is so far from the truth it’s laughable, however that said our service in the al a carte was probably the best we had received all holiday. In the buffet there was only one coffee machine for the entire restaurant, with 15-minute queues, and staff running around like “headless chickens.” They looked exhausted and were rarely friendly or helpful, often struggling to understand English. Local guests received better service simply because they could communicate in Turkish. Rooms: Upon check in we were told we had been upgraded but I don’t think that’s true as there was nothing more special about our rooms tan we had the previous visit, our rooms wernt even together and one smelt so bad of sewage we had to complain to guest services The maids did a good job and we had fresh towels daily and sheets changed during the stay, however a £30 pair of pyjamas went missing from one room and no one seemed to acknowledge this or even care, maids “didn’t understand” and guest services just passed us from pillar to post with no care given at all, poor service from reception and guest relations regarding this matter, so the pyjamas are probably on someone’s daughter by now I suspect Beach & Facilities: The beach has a beautiful setting, but again, no service beach and snack bar closed, QR codes don’t work half of the beach closed! “Candyland” was a ghost town: freezing water, most slides closed claimed to be “maintenance problem” in reality there’s just no staff. All food outlets except pizza and chips available to eat. The evening “funfair” had just a few rides with again most of them shut and everything — from rollercoaster, popcorn to candy floss even drinks that are free from the bar— was charged extra (€5!) Entertainment Hahahaha JOKE - zero entertainment 3 years ago we had live singers, incredible shows in the arena this year NOTHING! Staff claimed it was “too cold” to open the arena however it’s funny how a conference that was on for ZINZINO at the weekend had a party wi
