They were very nice guests. They provided whatever we wanted. The facility is very beautiful. There was construction. It was disturbing.

We have been coming to this hotel for the past three years, and every stay has been wonderful. The hotel itself is fantastic clean, comfortable, and always welcoming but what truly makes this place special is the amazing staff. A special thank you to Elif at the reception. She is always so kind, warm, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrive, she makes us feel at home. Her friendly smile, professionalism, and thoughtful attitude make every visit even more enjoyable. People like Elif are the reason guests keep coming back. She turns a great hotel experience into an exceptional one. We are always happy to return and already look forward to our next stay!

It could be better-The resort location is beautiful , but we can not reach the reservation department or the management during or stayment , because of that reason we have booked from outside, I like the resort very much but they promise you for speaking about some subjects but nobody comes or connecting you , maybe is TO big. I miss the personal touch , the guestrelations listen to you , but if you have any remark they said: I must ask to the manager, but we never saw a manager, a bottle dropp of and my feet blooding, no contact from management and ask is everything ok... but the resort is beautiful , the candyland where only water is free is a good idea , I support that, because now you can relaxing, in the resort you have enough food&drink options. My son fall because in the entree of the Candyland was some forgotten subject from the Staff , he blessed him but nobody helps us... Beautiful hotel 'without' staff or better without carry staff ...

We chose this hotel despite all the bad reviews, thinking maybe they’d just had a bad season last year. My husband even said before we booked that a lot of the 5 star reviews looked suspicious. I really wish I had listened to him. This is not a 5 star hotel. Not even close. At best it’s a 3 star hotel charging 5 star prices. From the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. Nobody greeted us, nobody helped with bags, nobody opened doors. Check in was meant to be at 2:30pm and we didn’t get our room until 4:45pm. We had been up since 4am travelling with a baby and small child, and nobody seemed to care. The lobby was full of suitcases and annoyed guests, and the only excuse was that the hotel was fully booked. That’s not the guests’ problem! When we finally got to the room, there was no drinking water and the minibar hadn’t been refilled. This became a theme for the whole stay. Service is basically non-existent. If you want drinking water, you have to queue at the bar. Staff are often rude, uninterested, and act like you’re bothering them by asking for anything. We are a family of four and somehow never had more than two clean towels. The organisation at meal times is another mess. On our very first night, we had to wait over an hour just to get a table for dinner. After travelling all day with a baby and small child, the last thing you want is to be standing around hungry with nowhere to sit. Again, the excuse seemed to be that the hotel was busy, but surely they know how many guests they have booked? This level of disorganisation is just not acceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5 star. Another huge issue was the complete disregard for the do not disturb sign. One night at 10:30pm, with our baby and small child asleep and do not disturb clearly on, they rang the bell saying they were here to fix the air con, which hadn’t worked properly for five days. They didn’t even fix it. The next day at 4:15pm, while our baby was napping and again do not disturb was on, a cleaner unlocked the door and walked straight in with towels. No knock, no apology, just slammed the door loudly while our children were sleeping. I have never experienced anything like this in a so-called 5 star hotel. This is also not a family friendly hotel. There is no proper baby food option and the children’s food is basically tasteless steamed vegetables. Candyland sounds great, but only the water is free. Our son had a milkshake for €15. During the day there is extremely loud music by the beach area with small children in the water, which feels unsafe. The whole hotel is noisy too. Constant tractors, construction noises and chaos mean there is no real chance to relax. Another disappointing thing was how far this hotel is from being eco friendly. There is plastic everywhere. Drinks come with plastic straws individually wrapped in plastic, endless disposable cups, plastic bottles and unnecessary packaging all over the place. For a supposedly luxury resort in 2026, it feels i

We recently stayed at the hotel with our two children and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the accommodation was excellent. We stayed in one of the Garden Annex rooms, which was very spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a family. The location was also convenient, being close to both Candyland and the main hotel facilities. The lunch and snack restaurants were enjoyable, with good-quality food and a pleasant variety of options. Unfortunately, the main restaurant at dinner was a significant disappointment. The food selection felt very repetitive throughout our stay, with limited variety and not enough options compared to what we expected. The biggest drawback was the overall level of service. Many staff members appeared poorly informed about the hotel’s amenities and services, and responses to questions or requests were often slow or unhelpful. There seemed to be a lack of communication and training across several departments. That said, I would like to give special recognition to Furkan on the beach team, who consistently went above and beyond. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and genuinely made an effort to ensure guests had a great experience. His service stood out and was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the hotel has great accommodation and some strong facilities, but improvements in food variety and staff training would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. During our stay, the water was cut off twice, there was no hot water at all, and the water pressure was extremely poor. Public restroom sinks were also not working and had reportedly been broken for days. The hotel is clearly understaffed, service was very poor, and restaurant orders often never arrived. Most concerning, my daughter was served undercooked chicken with visible blood. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

the location is great, nice beach, candyland, a la carte (with buggy’s). the atmosphere also was good, the staff were lovely and provided everything - special mention to the bar staff in the lobby, liza in guest relations and the waiters and bartenders (junior bartender and bargirl kubra and yagiz) at the a la carte. the a la carte restaurant was so good, would recommend over the main restaurant though that was good too, slightly repetitive with the dishes but was buffet style and you had options. the a la carte had better food (also not self catered like main; keep in mind you have to take a buggy to get there also). the a la carte staff were so friendly and gave us blankets as it was windy. the service was the best i’d ever received and they didn’t make anything feel rushed. the drinks were really nice and strong and the food didn’t take too long to come out. the rooms were really nice, the bathrooms are massive and staff came to clean everyday or you could call on them if needed. the guest relations liza was so amazing to us and helped fix any problems that we experienced. i’d say a really good value for the money as it is all inclusive. i would’ve liked tot ravel candyland, but as we went during the first week the hotel opened i don’t think it had opened yet. apart from this, definitely worth the money- any issues you have staff will go beyond to resolve it.

Very disappointing stay – not as advertised We chose this hotel mainly because of the Candyland Water Park, as we were travelling with children. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found out that the water park was closed. There was no prior information about this—in fact, we were told we would have unlimited access. This was extremely disappointing and misleading. It didn’t stop there. Many key attractions were also closed, including the dinosaur park with roller coaster, parts of the Candyland area, and the indoor soft play for children, and outside playground. Two out of three à la carte restaurants were not operating, and the kids’ area in the main restaurant was poorly prepared and lacked basic items. Entertainment was also very limited. For three days there were no proper shows, only basic DJ performances in the evenings, which is far below what you would expect from this type of hotel. Even basic services were inconsistent—beer was often unavailable at the snack bar, and in the children’s area there was frequently no yoghurt or milk. Overall, the hotel does not match what is advertised online or shown in promotional videos. We feel misled, as the main facilities we booked this hotel for were simply not available. This situation is unacceptable, especially when travelling with children. If we had known the real situation, we would have chosen a completely different hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

I have literally been wanting to go to this hotel for months & now I have finally done it! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are ridiculously big and spacious, the bathroom is gorgeous, the lobby area when you enter is fascinating. You are even welcomed with a drink of your choice, even the little ones get a drink too it’s super cute. The staff are so friendly and kind, they made me feel so comfortable with a smooth welcoming check in. The food is yummy and you actually get a lot of choices for an all inclusive hotel. I honestly don’t have any bad thing to say about this hotel and I came when they were just opened for the season so just imagine how much better the hotel is. Certainly will be back to this hotel and I definitely would recommend anyone to visit here, it’s worth it for sure !!
