Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum

The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave

The French cuisine is amazing. The food was extremely delicious and the staff was very warm and friendly. The view is mahestic with the sea.

As much as it has goods the bad just outweighs the good… first night there was no room cleaning and second night no water replacement. The sound insulation in the rooms is just bad, the cleaning staff shout in corridors talking to each other early morning, the hotel maintenance is crap, our window doesn’t seal shut, two weird stuff on the ceiling in the veranda , found a large spider in the room with its web intact showing how cleaning is careless, the staff are not friendly you sense attitude all the time. On our floor there is a service door that is broken so it doesn’t shut properly and it doesn’t have smooth brakes so late night you hear major bangs of staff opening and letting go of the door to hear a major crash like 5 to six time each night and early in the morning waking up the kids. There is a hidden electrify cabinet in my closed that’s door is broken so it doesn’t seal shut and it has clicking sound every night. Food is mediocre, variety is plenty Candy land is fun but doesn’t justify the price per night. Pools are ok with one sand pool for kids and two big pools for the rest. The beach is overcrowded and feels more public than private Would I go back again Never For the same price tag a lot of other hotels that offer premium service. This wasn’t fun experience for a family trip at all. I did not complain to hotel to see how worse can it get to write this review.

An absolute disaster of a an experience. The housekeeping is pathetic. Asked for a turn down service and all they did was throw new towels and leave. Complained to the duty manager Hassan and he couldn’t care less. The pictures and reviews are very deceiving online. A 5 star hotel that is actually a 3 star hotel! His response was “sorry the hotel is very busy”. Got up and walked away.

The Turkish restaurant Fistan was our most memorable night. The food was amazing and so tasty. Ozay and Harun Bey provided excellent service.

Terrible hotel!We paid for 3 rooms, upgraded rooms, but it's a complete mess and horror!!! This is the first time in 20 years of vacationing in Turkey that we've encountered such a rude attitude. The windows are falling, the glasses are breaking in the dining room, and there are shards everywhere. The windows in the rooms are cracked! Towels by coupon as 30 years ago And this is a five-star hotel??? The floor is not carpeted, and it is very slippery. In the room, a child could hit their head on the tiles. We arrived at a hotel with children, but there was no food for them. It was impossible to feed the baby, and she refused to eat for two days. Please do not stay at this hotel!!!!!!!! It’s a shame to have spent money on this hotel for 3 rooms!!!!!! There are no slippers, no robe, no clean towels, and they don’t change the bed linen! They’re not at all accommodating!

Food and service was amazing. Very attentive to all our requests. Food was 10/10 presentation and taste.

We have been coming to this hotel for the past three years, and every stay has been wonderful. The hotel itself is fantastic clean, comfortable, and always welcoming but what truly makes this place special is the amazing staff. A special thank you to Elif at the reception. She is always so kind, warm, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrive, she makes us feel at home. Her friendly smile, professionalism, and thoughtful attitude make every visit even more enjoyable. People like Elif are the reason guests keep coming back. She turns a great hotel experience into an exceptional one. We are always happy to return and already look forward to our next stay!
