The location is fantastic, the room is spacious, and the service is excellent. The staff's uniforms with shawls are also very elegant. Although the hotel is small, it does have a swimming pool, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. The bedding and bathrobes in the room are great, especially the double-sided silk bathrobe, which is truly wonderful. The cashmere blanket on the bed is also very good.

The room had a musty smell that even an air purifier couldn't get rid of, which is a shame considering the price. It looked quite different from the promotional photos, but it's conveniently located for shopping.

The front desk staff, Stena and Lu Yifan, were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The concierge manager was also excellent. I've stayed at many hotels in Beijing, but the service here is by far the best. It's on par with the personalized butler-style service you find abroad. They even set up a chat group to promptly address any issues.

Overall, the experience at Wangfujing MO was excellent. Special thanks to Lina and Tina, two lovely ladies who were not only kind but also very efficient. Their service was just right. The mini cakes and white fungus pear soup were delicious, and the room view was stunning. The concierge service was also great. My only suggestion would be to offer a wider variety at the breakfast buffet.

Highly recommended! The service is attentive and warm, the room tour explanation was thorough, the welcome amenities were very thoughtful, and the room hardware is excellent, not to mention the unbeatable Forbidden City view. The bartender at MO Bar was enthusiastic and professional, and they even kindly gave us a fridge magnet when we checked out. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel offers a very comfortable stay. The room facilities are well-maintained, the breakfast is delicious, the bar serves amazing drinks, and the location is superb. More importantly, the service is exceptionally good. The hotel staff are very attentive to guests' requests and feedback, and you can tell they work hard to provide a comfortable, pleasant, and satisfying stay. Stena, Osgood, Lina, Yulia, Mavis, and housekeeping staff Fen Fen are all warm, friendly, and professional.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The environment was very peaceful, a quiet oasis in the city. The room layout was comfortable, and visually appealing. William, the duty manager, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive! I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.

Decided to stay for a night on a whim during a rare half-day off, and the overall experience was excellent. It's a shame the humidity was so high and the sky was overcast, so I couldn't enjoy the beautiful imperial city views!

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean, and the location is super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The service was excellent, and communication with the butler was seamless. I ordered room service a few times, and the food was always good. Overall, a very comfortable stay.
