The hotel's location is very convenient, with many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is also very clean, and the staff are polite and always smiling. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and the bar, gym, and swimming pool all have their own unique charm.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Pathum Wan area, making it very easy to get around. The facilities are new, and the infinity pool offers beautiful views. We booked a standard king room, which had decent space and a separate work area, perfect for those who need to work while traveling. However, there were some drawbacks: there was no luggage rack in the room, so our large luggage had to stay on the floor, which was quite inconvenient. The soundproofing was very poor, so light sleepers should be cautious. Upon check-in, there was a noticeable musty smell in the room. Although the front desk addressed it the next day, the odor was reduced but still slightly present. While the breakfast spread looked abundant, the dishes hardly changed during our four-day stay, which made it less exciting.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the bedding is comfortable. The only minor drawback is that the bath towels are a bit stiff. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, spotless. Environment: The location is excellent, with many dining options and shopping malls nearby. Service: Excellent service is the hotel's best highlight.

The hotel is centrally located yet not noisy. It's about an 8-minute walk to Chit Lom BTS station, 15 minutes to the Erawan Shrine, and a bit further to Central World and Paragon. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast offers a great variety. The only slight dissatisfaction was the 2000 baht per night deposit, which had to be paid in Thai Baht cash or by credit card. Furthermore, if paid by credit card, the refund would only be processed 7-14 days after check-out. Other hotels usually accept USD or RMB, but not here. Hope they can improve this.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's also within walking distance to Central World and the BTS Skytrain station. Both the front desk and room staff are very professional. The breakfast spread is extensive and caters to various tastes and preferences.
