Niva Kuramathi Maldives

Niva Kuramathi Maldives is truly an amazing family-friendly resort. The Kids' Club is the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. Children can be looked after for free all day, with lunch and dinner included, along with juice and various snacks. The environment is superb, with a dedicated outdoor children's pool and facilities, and a rich variety of activities daily. Once the kids are taken care of, you can fully enjoy diving at the island's Dive Center. The dive shop is very professional; all the dive guides are Instructor level, not just regular DMs. You can choose 1-3 dives a day, and if you have the energy, you can even consider a night dive after sunset. All dive sites are within a 10-30 minute boat ride, so you can return to the island to rest after a dive or head straight back out to sea. We stayed in a two-bedroom beach villa, which offered an incredible sense of space – so spacious and comfortable! The housekeeping staff were very diligent and thoughtful every day. You can snorkel right off the beach outside, or go to Pier One and encounter various parrotfish, small sharks, and lionfish.

The sandbank at Kuramathi Island is absolutely stunning, and the sunsets are breathtaking. When we went, it was quite hot in the mornings, so make sure to put on sunscreen and use an umbrella. We tried the submarine excursion, which made us a bit dizzy, but it was still incredibly beautiful.

The buffet was decent, and the room was clean, but there were bugs. Remember to bring insect repellent and sunscreen. The ocean was truly beautiful; I took a lot of photos. Next time, I'll try to visit a more expensive island.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The room was incredibly clean and hygienic, and not at all damp. The room cleaner was also very prompt. Really great, really great, really great fun!

The room was clean with beautiful views and new facilities. The island is stunning, with a picturesque sandbank. The hotel's swing is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. Both the buffet service and food were excellent, and meals were even arranged for our arrival and departure. Highly recommend!

The room was decent, not super new, but waking up to that beautiful sea view made it all worth it! 😂

Our first trip to the Maldives, and choosing this island was a 100% perfect decision! The lagoon is incredibly beautiful, like paradise. The coral at the dive spots is quite bleached, but there are cute little sharks, and dive site #1 has a good variety of fish. The buffet restaurant offers different dishes every day, and one day even had a Chinese theme – though the taste can't compare to authentic Chinese food, the desserts and cheeses were excellent! The staff were also very welcoming! We saw a stunning sunset at the bar.

The island, the hotel, the restaurants, the beaches, and the service – everything was absolutely lovely 🌺 The turquoise water, excellent hospitality, and wonderful atmosphere are simply delightful ♥️
