The food was indeed delicious, and the hotel environment was great. Overall, everything was first-class.

The hotel room is quite spacious, but the soundproofing is really poor. I could clearly hear the guests in the next room getting up and talking. I even stood in the hallway for a moment and their voices seemed to be at a normal volume, so it's definitely an issue with the hotel's sound insulation. On the first day of my stay, I felt like the bedding hadn't been changed, as I found many wrinkles and hair when I opened the duvet. The hotel's strengths are its restaurant, service, and exterior, offering river views and delicious dishes. The concierge service, from getting out of the car to being escorted to the room, was excellent.

I paid extra for a premium room, but half of it was still old-fashioned. Room service was quite slow; it took half an hour to deliver anything. The hotel doesn't allow outside food, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was okay.

Highly recommended! The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the service is excellent. The balcony offers stunning views of the Nile sunset – absolutely breathtaking!

This is a cozy hotel. The hotel's restaurants are also excellent; we had dinner there. Even though we arrived very close to the end of breakfast, they graciously accommodated us.

The hotel facilities and breakfast were excellent. After coming back from the Valley of the Kings/Habu City, I immediately relaxed by the pool, swimming until dusk while watching the Nile River. As the lights on the dock began to glow, I witnessed both the beautiful sunset and the stunning night view of the pier! It was absolutely gorgeous!

I booked a Nile view room, and overall it was pretty good. The only thing is I didn't see any hot air balloons for two days, which was a bit strange. The hotel has its own pier where you can enjoy the sunset on the Nile. The Thai restaurant on the first floor definitely caters to Chinese palates; we ate there three times, it was so delicious! The hotel breakfast was just okay, and the staff weren't very enthusiastic. I was a little surprised to see 'Happy Chinese New Year' right when I entered the lobby, possibly because it's been acquired by Huazhu Hotels Group.

Located right on the Nile, surrounded by numerous hotels that all boast great views. The hotel itself is decent, nothing exceptional. Breakfast is $18 per person plus tax, which isn't cheap, and the quality is just okay. The hotel isn't very big, you can explore it quickly. The Thai restaurant was pretty good, standard Thai food quality.
