The Beatrice

The staff is very friendly and helpful.  We were able to drop our luggage early and check in was very smooth.  The room was comfy and very clean.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

The location of The Beatrice was superb, I arrived via Amtrak and the station is only a 5 minute walk. I received an early check in, without asking which was a fantastic level of service. The hotel is in a great central location, within walking distance to all of the things I planned to see during my stay. The room was fantastic ,bathroom exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

The staff were very friendly, but the furniture in the room was dusty, the soundproofing was poor, and the indoor thermostat was very noisy.

The staff at the front were all exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Convenient location and nice bed and bathroom. Only two issues were weird blue purifier lights in the hvac that made the room glow at night (I was offered sleep mask a a solution, but can’t wear) and there were sewer flies coming out of the sink.
