Harkness Brook Inn

Loud road noise, paper thin walls between guests rooms (especially from second floor, all I heard all night was upstairs guests pounding around) no freezer on mini fridge so could not keep ice packs frozen for summer travel with coolers, and could barely access mini fridge due to it being stuck behind a cabinet door that sticks tightly, found cockroach in shower.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable room. Everything about our stay was perfect! Did not have a motel feel at all. Very modern, updated room and furnishings! Highly recommend!

Close to Camden and Rockland which were awesome towns to check out. Plenty of dining options near by especially if you like seafood. Rooms were very nice. Great affordable place to stay when visiting the coast!

Rooms very clean. Walk in shower. Bathroom also clean. No problem with parking or where its location is a few minutes from Camden.

This was exactly what we needed on our drive up to Acadia National Park. A clean, non-expensive hotel room to stay the night. We got delayed on our trip and the office left instructions on how to get the keys and get into our rooms, including a well drawn map. I'm taking off 1 star simply b/c there were only 2 towels in each room even though the reservation had 4 people in each room. I'm sure Hotels put 2 towels in each room as they turn them over, but it's a pet peeve of mine that someone hasn't looked at the reservation and put 2 more towels into the room before we arrived. To be fair I was able to go down in the morning and they quickly got me the extra towels.

The hotel was nicely redone and quite impressed with the showers, bath and whole room So glad I picked it

Very clean and modernized with excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Easy access between Camden and Rockport

Comfortable, clean and bright room. Very well located close to Rockland, Rockport and Camden.

There was not a coffee maker or alarm clock in the room
