Our room was beautiful, the pool very well kept, the food and drinks were delicious and most of all the staff were brilliant. We’d highly recommend staying here!❤️

Everything very smooth and good! Room clean and big size recommend for who willing to enjoy big room. You early check in but charge or you are early arriving you can ask receptionist for change clothes room and also take show in spa room! All staff and service very good! Food also recommend to test delicious and fast only 15-20 min done. Good experience here, will come back next time!

Ms Pich at the reception is very helpful. Room is big, with a nice bathtub and a little backyard. Beautiful pool. The only problem is the hotel is expanding, and the construction started at 7am. The noise is driving me nuts.

The room wasn't replenished with daily necessities while tidying up, and the room check in time was 2 PM but was delayed. The breakfast options are very basic; I wouldn't recommend paying extra for them.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely swimming pool in a nice green garden. Good breakfast, though we missed yogurt and honey. The room is good, but the refrigerator's power outlet needs to be repaired. Also, the wooden sliding door on the left is difficult to open and close. We appreciated the WhatsApp communication and thank you for picking us up from the bus station. Excellent service! Many thanks!

The room was clean, and all the amenities listed online were provided. The staff were also very helpful. My only minor complaint would be that the bed was a bit on the firm side.

Shortly after book in, the aircon was generating loud noises. In total, we had asked to change room but the management don't allow and had to wait for their repairman for 30 mins to come to see the problem. They worked for 90 mins to rectify the problem and by that time I was tired already. The room was in the mess as they need to open up the aircon unit in the room causing the dust to land on my bed and floor. They compensate us with plate of fruits and a 50% discounted massage treatment which I did not took up. Just my luck getting a room with aircon problem. Luckily I just stayed for one night. Still a okay hotel
