Komaneka at Monkey Forest Ubud

First off, the hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Ubud, on the most bustling street. You can easily walk to Monkey Forest and Ubud Market. I absolutely loved the room; the design is incredibly well-thought-out, with a luggage area right by the entrance that can hold all your clutter. There's also a spacious and comfortable balcony, truly the perfect spot for a vacation. The hotel environment is excellent too – it's quiet despite being central, with exquisite landscaping that gives it a secluded, winding path kind of feel. The low density of rooms makes it incredibly comfortable. The service is beyond words; every staff member is so enthusiastic and answers all inquiries meticulously. My child especially enjoyed feeding the many koi fish in the water feature in the lobby. I rarely write reviews on Trip.com, but I felt compelled to express my satisfaction this time.

Not bad at all. The hotel doesn't have many rooms, which is nice. The service was excellent, and they offer yoga classes and a swimming pool. It was a very relaxing stay. Before we checked out, they even helped us thoroughly check our room to make sure we didn't leave anything behind.

I've never been disappointed with my hotel choices; the lush greenery here really caught my eye. The breakfast was also excellent, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every corner is picture-perfect – truly a hotel I love!

The location is super convenient, with many small shops right outside. We stayed for two nights and walked everywhere, easily reaching Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. Although there was some construction going on for an expansion during our stay, it barely affected us. The ambiance was thoughtfully decorated, and the service was incredibly warm. The semi-buffet breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, and our kids mainly stuck to the fruit.

Extremely comfortable, had a wonderful experience overall. We encountered a small issue, but the manager's attitude was excellent, and she was very proactive in resolving it. She offered us a complimentary spa treatment and even arranged a car to take us to our next hotel, stating she couldn't ignore the problem. Her service was truly outstanding, and the hotel environment is incredibly comfortable with a great location. Highly recommend it!
