Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Ko Olina, Hawaii

Room only cleaned once during my two-night stay, and the hot water for drinks wasn't very convenient to access.

The rooms are spacious with balconies overlooking the sea. The service is excellent, and there are various Disney characters to meet. Many activities are available, most of which are suitable for children, making it ideal for family trips. While the hotel itself is relatively expensive, there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

It's a great resort for a family trip. The ocean is beautiful, and the pool is spacious and nice!

The Disney hotel in Hawaii truly lived up to its name – sunshine, beaches, coconut trees, and the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, I instantly transformed from a "human" to a "human," especially enjoying the interactive activities with the Disney characters. It was a truly magical three days! I definitely want to come back again!

We enjoyed the sea and the pool throughout our stay. Characters frequently came to the pool, and we were very happy to be able to take pictures with various characters!

The environment was nice, and overall I was quite satisfied; the children had a lot of fun. The only downside was that it was easy to slip in the bathtub, even though the water was very slippery. I called the front desk to mention it, but they didn't put anything anti-slip in it. Otherwise, I was very satisfied; it's a great resort hotel.

I think it's great for Disney fans! The service is good, and the pool is nice. I recommend making reservations for meals. One drawback is that it's cold even with the air conditioning off, so if you get cold easily, I recommend wearing long sleeves and long pants.

I had a poolside room, and it was great to be so close to the pool! If I stay again, I'd like to stay in the same room type.

This was my second stay there after a 8-year hiatus. Perhaps due to the influence of the SDGs, the amenities had been significantly reduced. There were only toothbrushes and mouthwash, and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided in the room. What's more, the mouthwash had its cap open before I even used it, so I was afraid to use it. For now, all the food, drinks, and souvenirs were very expensive at Aura prices... However, the kids had a great time, so I'd like to go again.
