Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL SUITES

The night before, i booked deluxe room and the next night i booked atelier which is higher type from deluxe. But i think in my friend and my opinion, the deluxe room is much better than atelier. Overall i love the stay, the TV is smart TV already, the amenities were complete even you would be provided with shaver. There was a bathtub as well. The location was so perfect in the heart of semanggi. For those who brought car, you will get free parking voucher as well.

I had a really pleasant stay at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL. The hotel has a unique artistic vibe that makes it feel different from typical business hotels. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with nice city views that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is quite strategic, making it easy to get around Jakarta. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which added a nice personal touch to the experience. The FO staff were very helpful and kind. They even helped me get a room with a beautiful city light view, which made my stay feel extra special. Really appreciate the effort!

Seamless check in and check out. Excellent hospitality

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was the check-in process, which was quite slow. However, it was a Saturday during peak check-in hours, so it was understandable that the hotel was busy. Unfortunately, we experienced a more significant issue on our second night. The bathtub water turned brown and dirty. We reported it to the hotel staff, and they explained that it was due to ongoing water valve maintenance. They advised us to keep running the water until it became clear, but despite flushing it from the evening until the next morning, the water remained dirty. A staff member also came to inspect the issue in our room, but it was never resolved before we checked out. Aside from this incident, everything else was good. I hope the hotel can improve its response to maintenance issues, as the property itself is in a great location and has comfortable accommodations.
